How do I clean my PairMe’s if they get dirty? 

PairMe’s can easily be wiped clean with a little soap on a damp cloth. Please do not place them in the wash machine. They are water resistant but not water proof.

Can I interchange my PairMe’s on different shoes? 

The adhesive creates a semi–permanent bond and is meant for one pair of shoes. 

What do I do if my PairMe’s are not secure enough with the regular 3M adhesive that is on the back of the product? 

All shoe styles and materials are different. PairMe’s create a semi-permanent bond to the shoe. If you notice that the product is starting to pull away from the shoe, we suggest a dab of super glue around the edges to help seal it back up.

*Important note, PairMe is not liable for any damage caused to the shoe. 

Are PairMe’s waterproof? 

PairMe’s are water resistant (splash/rain resistant) and suitable for everyday use. They are Not suitable for swimming, snorkeling, or any water submerged activity.  

What is sleep mode? 

Your PairMe’s are programmed to go into sleep mode when they are not being used. This means you can safely put your child’s shoes together and tuck them away at night, or when not in use during the day, without them continuously blinking. Once you pull them apart and bring them close together again, they reactivate and are ready to go!

How long will the light up function of my PairMe’s last?

PairMe’s are estimated to last approximately 3 - 6 months depending on the number of activations per day. 

Ordering, Shipping, Returns:

What is our return policy?

All items that are unused and returned in theiroriginal condition in an unopened package can be returned within 14 days of delivery date. We do not reimburse shipping costs or pay for return shipping. To make your return, ship your items to the address below along with the packaging slip or a copy of your order confirmation email. Once you have a tracking number for your shipment, we recommend sending it to us at so that we know it’s on its way.




PairMe Products, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, and we recommend you insure all returns. 

Once your return arrives, we will process it for a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your card statement. 

How long will it take for a refund?

It may take 5-10 business days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.

What should I do if I received an item that is defective?

If you find an issue with your order, all inquiries must be emailed to within 48 hours of receipt. Please be sure to include photographs of the defects so we can better assist you. Replacements work on a case-by-case basis and will be dealt with accordingly.
